E-Commerce Shouldn’t Be an Afterthought

This article on MSNBC.com illustrates the findings of a recent study conducted by Harris Interactive that shows consumers growing dissatisfaction with online sales experiences.  

The findings reinforce  what Goldman&Associates has long been communicating to its clients.  We are continually surprised by the  number of executives that we talk with who have not yet recognized that their online presence is just as critical to their business succes as their physical storefronts or offices.  Simply having a website is not enough to meet or exceed customer expectations.  Your website has to work for your customers or they will go elsewhere.  In an web-centric world, the competition is only a few mouse clicks away.
