Chipotle’s Gen Z Engagement Efforts

It appears their greatest successes have come from using the relatively new social media app TikTok and the payment app Venmo. The company carefully monitors numerous apps for mention of Chipotle and has a “‘team of culture hunters’, … who listen in on social media conversations and assess new platforms that would be beneficial for Chipotle to join.” Such engagement efforts seem to be paying off as Chipotle’s business and stock have recently soared.
