Net neutrality might seem an arcane discussion, but it will soon become a big issue as the FCC is likely take up the subject once again. CNN has a good explanation of why this issue will affect every household and business that uses the internet…which is just about all of us. The bottom line is a decision on how internet download speeds are determined. Presently, the government requires all internet service companies provide equal download speed to all media. That might change allowing internet service providers to determine which companies get better download speeds.
